Terraced olive trees on the way to Hebron.
Grapes.
Arriving in Hebron at the sherut stand (shared mini-bus that leaves when full). We thought we'd have to take a taxi to the mosque/synogogue, but a taxi driver told us to walk and pointed out the way - in English!
On the way to the mosque/synagogue - walking through the market in Hebron.
Everyone seemed really happy to see tourists. We were the only ones we saw walking through the market - we did see 3 more at the site.

The synogogue side - you can see the minarets from the mosque side.
Security at the entrance to the synagogue side.
Sarah's grave.

You can see how there's bullet proof glass to protect the two groups from each other.
Ceiling in the mosque.
Rebecca and Isaac's graves. They are only visible from inside the mosque.
The women's section of the mosque.
Olive trees and grapes grow in terraced farms along the way back to Bethlehem.
We saw lots of stone walls everywhere. It was very pretty and in stark contrast to the image we had from watching the news.
Sherut waiting for customers. We took one from Bethlehem to Hebron and back. Great service.
The wall. The sherut driver told us to take a bus that actually went through the checkpoint, and continued all the way back to Jaffa Gate - much more convenient. We all had to get off and have our papers checked, but it didn't take long.
