Ten Years Young! Number Seven on our Top Ten Ancient Sites

In old age people tend to forget things.  And so it is that here at www.IanAndWendy.com we suddenly woke up and realized we had missed our tenth birthday!  That’s right – August 31st 2009 marked TEN WHOLE YEARS of www.IanAndWendy.com!

So, in celebration of the tenth anniversary of www.IanAndWendy.com we’ve compiled a list of 10 of our favorite old sights.  Number seven:

7)Parthenon, Greece – Built to honor the goddess Athena, the Parthenon towers over the city of Athens.  Even the thousands of tourists swarming around you can’t  take away the grandeur of this ancient monument.  Your heart will be pounding from more than just the climb up.
