Chongqing is where you start a cruise down the Yangtze. We had a day to kill, and trust me, a Chongqing kills the day... The best part was finding the Carrefour (French Walmart) and stocking up on Western snack food (Chinese snack food didn't work for us, which is weird, because Chinese real food is just out of this world). We actually found bread and Vache qui Rit! (The cheese that comes in a round box, in triangles wrapped in foil. The stuff doesn't need to be refridgerated, and lasts for ever, and you should just see the looks you get while eating it on the train in China...) This is the Liberation Monument.
