  • About Us
  • Cesky Raj
A worthwhile daytrip from Prague, Cesky Raj has some good hikes through some amazing rock formations.
  • Telc
The beautiful preserved old central square of Telc was breathtaking, it impressed us even with all the other preserved town squares we've seen!
  • Cesky Krumlov
The first town we visited in the Czech Republic, we were amazed by the beauty and feel of Cesky Krumlov. We didn't have much good weather, but would love to return one day in the sun.
  • Prague
Even in late September, Prague was incredibly crowded in almost every sight we visited. It made it hard to enjoy it, especially with 2 young kids.

The Czech Republic was full of surprises for us.  From amazing old towns like Český Krumlov and Trebic to the amazing geological formations of Cesky Raj, we had a great time.  Prague itself was too busy for us – even though we were off-peak season – to really enjoy it.

So, we’ve been planning.  For hours.  Days.  Weeks, actually.  It seems ridiculous.  We can’t remember it ever being this hard to figure out our route before.  After FIFTY-FOUR countries, you’d think we’d have this down…but apparently not.  …
