Busan: Great markets, beautiful beaches, and amazing street food

On our way into Busan

An unsettling introduction to Busan was the cabinet full of gas masks at the subway station.

Of course, right next to the gas masks was a vending machiine for books.

The Busan subway system was very easy, and fast.

We almost took a boat tour, but bailed out at the last second when we realized we were on the wrong tour. One day...

The main market in Busan was fabulous.

Fabulous markets in Busan, great deals on counterfeit purses, etc.

Food market

We ran out of time for the Busan Tower.

Wendy got some good savoury pancakes (Jeon), while Ian had some bolood sausage.

Our motel - the Motel Haotel. It was the nicest hotel we stayed at in Korea - and only $30.
